Level V is the capstone to CAP senior member professional development, and National Staff College is the capstone to CAP professional development training programs. NSC is designed to service those members who are, or will be, assuming positions of national importance within Civil Air Patrol. Held at HQ CAP, and staffed by CAP volunteers, HQ staff, and USAF members, the course provides selected senior members with executive-level training in management and communications topics, while examining issues of national importance to CAP.
