Level III provides experienced seniors with the training to become efficient staff officers and unit commanders. The Corporate Learning Course provides senior members with exposure to wing operations, and also shows how wings and squadrons interact to perform CAP’s mission.

In addition, senior members continue their specialty training, becoming more proficient and readying themselves for higher levels of responsibilities: either as unit commanders or as group or wing staff officers.
